Richard B. Evans is President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Montreal, Quebec, based Alcan Inc. Previously, Mr. Evans was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Alcan Inc. during which time he oversaw Alcan's four Business Groups: Bauxite and Alumina, Primary Metal, Engineered Products and Global Packaging. He also participated in the overall strategic governance of the Company and the integration of Pechiney acquired by Alcan in 2003. Prior to taking on this role, Mr. Evans was based in Zurich, Switzerland and was responsible for Fabrication Europe, as well as the global integration of Alcan and Algroup following their merger in October 2000.
Mr. Evans has an extensive background in general and executive management within the aluminum industry. He joined Alcan Limited in Montreal, in January 1997, as Senior Advisor, Corporate Development, following 27 years of American and international postings with Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation. In July 1997, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Fabricated Products, North America and President of Alcan Aluminum Corporation; and, in March 1999, he was appointed President of Global Fabrication before relocating to Europe in October 2000.
Mr. Evans is currently a Director of Bowater Incorporated and Chairman of the International Aluminum Institute (IAI). He has previously served as Vice-Chairman of the European Aluminum Association and is a past Chairman of the U.S. Aluminum Association's Board of Directors. He is a former director of the Alcan Deutschland GmbH Supervisory Board, former CEO and Chairman of Alusuisse following Alcan's acquisition of Algroup, and has previously served as a director and chairman of the Logan Aluminum Inc. joint venture in Kentucky, USA.
Mr. Evans is a graduate of Oregon State University with a bachelor's degree in engineering and earned a master's degree in management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a native of Oregon, USA and he and his wife, Gretchen, are the parents of two grown daughters
ALAIN J. P. BELDA

Alcoa
Alain Belda became chairman and chief executive officer of Alcoa in January 2001. He had been president and chief executive officer of the company since May 1999.
Mr. Belda joined Alcoa in 1969 at Alcoa Aluminio, Alcoa's Brazilian affiliate. He held a number of financial and planning positions there until being named president of Alcoa Aluminio in 1979. He later assumed the additional responsibility for Alcoa's Latin American operations. In 1982, Mr. Belda was elected a vice president of Alcoa, the parent company. He moved to Pittsburgh in 1994 as executive vice president, subsequently was elected vice chairman in 1995, to president and chief operating officer with responsibility for all operating activities in 1997, and to his most recent position as president and chief executive in 1999.
In addition to being chairman of Alcoa's board of directors, Mr. Belda is a director of Citigroup Inc. and DuPont. He serves on the Board of Trustees of The Conference Board, the world's leading business membership and research organization, and is a Trustee of Brown University. He is also an active member of the Business Council.
Mr. Belda was born in Meknes, French Morocco on June 23, 1943 and became a Brazilian citizen in 1982. He studied in Brazil and Canada and graduated from MacKenzie University in Brazil with a degree in business administration.
MARTIN J. SULLIVAN
President and Chief Executive Officer
American International Group, Inc. (AIG)
Martin J. Sullivan is President and Chief Executive Officer of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), the world's leading global insurance and financial services organization operating in 130 countries and jurisdictions worldwide. Mr. Sullivan served as Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Operating Officer from May 2002 until March 2005, when he was elected to his current position. He also serves on the AIG Board of Directors.
Mr. Sullivan joined the company in the Finance Department of American International Underwriters (AIU), AIG's non-life company in the UK, in 1971. In 1974, he joined the Property Department and held a succession of underwriting and management assignments in the UK and Ireland. In 1983, Mr. Sullivan was appointed Property Manager for the UK and later Regional Property Manager for the UK/Ireland.
In 1988, Mr. Sullivan was named Manager of AIU's London office and Regional Marketing Manager for the UK/Ireland. He was later appointed Assistant Managing Director of AIG Europe (UK) Ltd. in 1989 and Chief Operating Officer in 1991. In 1993, he was named President of AIU's UK/Ireland Division and Managing Director of AIG Europe (UK) Ltd.
Mr. Sullivan was elected Senior Vice President, Foreign General Insurance in 1996 and Executive Vice President, Foreign General in 1998. In 1996, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of AIU in New York and named President in 1997.
Mr. Sullivan is Chairman of the US-ASEAN Business Council, an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. He is a Director of the Geneva Association and also serves on the Business Advisory Committees of the St. George's Society and The British Memorial Garden Trust, and the Board of Trustees of the American Associates of the Royal Academy Trust. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP), Young Audiences Inc., and the Inner City Scholarship Fund. He was also formerly the President of British American Business Inc.
Mr. Sullivan is married and has two daughters and a son.
PAUL LAVIOLETTE

Boston Scientific Corporation
Paul LaViolette is Chief Operating Officer of Boston Scientific. He is responsible for all the Company's business units and worldwide commercial activities with the exception of Cardiac Rhythm Management. These business units include the International, Neuromodulation, Endosurgery, Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular groups. Manufacturing, Quality, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Sales and National Accounts, and Government Affairs also report to Paul.
Paul joined Boston Scientific in 1994 as President of Boston Scientific International. In 1995, he became Group President for the Nonvascular businesses. In 1998, he again joined Boston Scientific International as its President to help strengthen and stabilize the organization. In 2000, Paul added Group President responsibilities for Cardiovascular, and in 2001 also took on the role of President, Interventional Cardiology.
Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors of AdvaMed (Advanced Medical Technology Association) and chairs the AdvaMed Technology & Regulation Policy and Code of Ethics Committees.
Before joining Boston Scientific, Paul spent 10 years with C. R. Bard, where he served in various marketing and general management positions, including President, Cardiology. Prior to joining Bard, Paul was with the Kendall Company's Hospital Products Division (now Tyco Healthcare).
Paul graduated from Fairfield University, and earned an M.B.A. from Boston College.
BOB MALONE
Chairman and President
BP America
Bob Malone was named chairman and president of BP America effective July 1, 2006. He serves as BP's chief representative in the United States and is based in Houston, Texas where BP business units are involved in oil and gas exploration, refining, chemicals, supply and trading, pipeline operations, shipping and alternative energy.
Mr. Malone is also a group vice president of BP p.l.c., the world's second largest oil and gas company, and a member of BP's global executive management team.
Prior to accepting his current position, Mr. Malone served as chief executive of BP Shipping Limited where he was responsible for the operation of the energy industry's largest oil and natural gas fleet. During his tenure, BP Shipping accepted delivery of 48 new, double hull tankers.
Mr. Malone has held a series of increasingly senior positions within Kennecott Copper Corporation, the Standard Oil Company of Ohio and BP including a four-year assignment as president, chief executive officer and chief operating officer of Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, operator of the Trans Alaska Oil Pipeline.
Mr. Malone holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso, and was an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he received a Master of Science in Management.
Mr. Malone is currently a member of the executive committee of Oil Companies International Marine Forum and a board member of the UK Chamber of Shipping. He has also served on the California Climate Action Registry Board of Directors, the Board of the National Petroleum Council, and was a member of the Board of Regents for the University of Alaska system. In 2003, he was selected as the Alumnus of the Year by the University of Texas at El Paso.
JIM OWENS

Caterpillar Inc.
Jim Owens is chairman and chief executive officer of Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Illinois. After joining the company in 1972 as a corporate economist, he has held numerous management positions.
Owens was named chief economist of Caterpillar Overseas S.A. in Geneva, Switzerland in 1975. From 1980 until 1987 he held managerial positions in Peoria in the Accounting and Product Source Planning Departments. In 1987 he became managing director of P.T. Natra Raya, Caterpillar's joint venture in Indonesia. He held that position until 1990, when he was elected a corporate vice president and named president of Solar Turbines Incorporated, a Caterpillar subsidiary in San Diego. In 1993 he came to Peoria as vice president and chief financial officer with administrative responsibility for the Corporate Services Division.
In 1995, Owens was named a group president and member of Caterpillar's Executive Office. Over the next eight years as a group president, Owens was at various times responsible for 13 of the company's 25 divisions. In December 2003, the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Owens vice chairman and appointed him chairman and chief executive officer effective February 1, 2004.
Owens, a native of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, graduated from North Carolina StateUniversity, in 1973 with a Ph.D. in economics.
He is a director of Alcoa Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and IBM Corporation in Armonk, New York. Owens is a director of the Institute for International Economics; Chairman of the International Trade and Investment Task Force of The Business Roundtable; and a member of The Business Council and Manufacturing Council in Washington, DC. He is a director of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the Global Advisory Council to The Conference Board in New York.
TOM LASORDA

Tom W. LaSorda was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Chrysler Group on September 1, 2005. He is also currently a member of the company's Executive Committee. In this capacity, he is responsible for the worldwide operations of Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge. Previously, LaSorda was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Chrysler LLC in February 2004.
Prior to joining DaimlerChrysler in 2000, he was employed by General Motors, which he joined in 1977. There he served as President of Opel Eisenach GMBH in Germany in 1991. Most recently, he was Vice President - Quality and Lean Manufacturing.

LaSorda was born on July 24, 1954, in Windsor, Ontario. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the College of Creative Studies in Detroit, Mich. LaSorda received in 2004 the "Distinguished Service Citation" award from the Automotive Hall of Fame.
JAMES J. MULVA

James J. (Jim) Mulva is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips.
Mulva served as president and chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, he served as chairman and chief executive officer of Phillips Petroleum Company from 1999 to 2002. He had served as Phillips' president and chief operating officer since May
1994 and executive vice president since January 1994. He had been senior vice president in 1993 and chief financial officer since 1990, at which time he joined the company's management committee.
Mulva currently serves as a member of The Business Council, as well as the Board of Visitors for the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He also served as the 2006 chairman of the American Petroleum Institute.
Born in 1946, Mulva is from Green Bay, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1968 with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration finance in 1969. Immediately after graduating, Mulva served as a U.S. Navy officer until beginning his career with Phillips in 1973.
ROBERT W. LANE

Deere & Company
Robert W. Lane has served as chairman and chief executive officer of Deere & Company since August 2000.
Lane, following an early career in global banking, joined John Deere in 1982, initially managing various operations within the Worldwide Construction Equipment Division and later serving as president and chief operating officer of Deere Credit, Inc. In 1992, he joined the Worldwide Agricultural Equipment Division where, as senior vice president, he directed equipment operations in Latin America, Australia and East Asia.
Elected chief financial officer in 1996, Lane subsequently moved to Germany where, as managing director, he led Deere's agricultural equipment operations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India and the nations of the former Soviet Union. He returned to the United States as president of the Worldwide Agricultural Equipment Division and thereafter was elected president and chief operating officer of Deere & Company.
Lane also serves as a director of General Electric Company and Verizon Communications Inc. He is an honorary director of the Lincoln Park Zoo, Chicago, and a national director of the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
Born in Washington, D.C. in 1949, Lane graduated with high honors from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, in 1972. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business in 1974. He and his wife, Patricia, have three adult children and reside in Moline, Illinois.
ANDREW LIVERIS
President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
The Dow Chemical Company
Andrew N. Liveris is President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of The Dow Chemical Company, a $49 billion global chemical and plastics manufacturer based in Midland, Michigan.
Liveris' 30-year Dow career has spanned manufacturing, sales, marketing, new business development and management. He has spent the bulk of his career in Asia, where he was general manager for the company's operations in Thailand, and later head of all Asia-Pacific operations. He began his Dow career in 1976 in Australia.
He has been a member of Dow's Board of Directors since February 2004 and was elected as Chairman of the Board effective April 1, 2006.
Liveris was born in Darwin, Australia and later lived in Brisbane, where he attended the University of Queensland, graduating with a bachelor's degree (first-class honors) in Chemical Engineering. He recently was awarded an honorary doctorate in science by his alma mater as well as being named Alumnus of the Year for 2005. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of The Institute of Chemical Engineers.
Liveris serves on the board of directors of Citigroup, the world's leading financial services company. He is the chairman of the board of the American Chemistry Council and of the International Council of Chemical Associations. Liveris is a member of the following organizations: the American Australian Association, the Business Council, the Business Roundtable, the Detroit Economic Club, the New York Economic Club, the International Business Council, the National Petroleum Council, the Société de Chimie Industrielle, the U.S.-China Business Council, and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Liveris is also a trustee of Tufts University.
Liveris resides in Midland, Michigan, where he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow Foundation. He and his wife Paula have three children.
JIM ROGERS
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Duke Energy
Jim Rogers is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Duke Energy. He was named to his current position in January 2007, following the separation of Duke Energy's natural gas businesses into a new publicly traded company, Spectra Energy.
Rogers has more than 18 years of experience as a chief executive officer in the electric utility industry. He was named president and chief executive officer of Duke Energy following the merger of Duke Energy and Cinergy in April 2006. Before the merger, Rogers served as Cinergy chairman and chief executive officer for more than 11 years. Prior to the formation of Cinergy, he joined PSI Energy in 1988 as the company's chairman, president and chief executive officer. He served as executive vice president of interstate pipelines for the Enron Gas Pipeline Group before joining PSI. Before joining the Enron Corp., Rogers was a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.
Immediately before joining that firm, Rogers was deputy general counsel for litigation and enforcement for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Previously, Rogers served as assistant to the chief trial counsel at FERC, as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Kentucky, and as assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where he acted as intervener on behalf of state consumers in gas, electric and telephone rate cases. He was a reporter for the Lexington (Kentucky) Herald-Leader from 1967 to 1970.
Rogers attended Emory University and earned a bachelor of business administration and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky, where he was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal and Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society.
CHAD HOLLIDAY

DuPont
Chad Holliday, 58, is the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of DuPont. Chad is the 18th executive to lead the company in more than 200 years of DuPont history. He became CEO on February 1, 1998 and Chairman on January 1, 1999.
Chad started at DuPont in the summer of 1970 at DuPont's Old Hickory site after receiving a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He is a licensed Professional Engineer.
In 2004, he was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering. He became chairman of the Business Roundtable's Task Force for Environment, Technology and Economy the same year. Chad is also past chairman of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), The Business Council, and the Society of Chemical Industry – American Section. While chairman of the WBCSD, Chad co-authored a book Walking the Talk which details the business case for sustainable development and corporate responsibility.
Chad is chair of the Board of Directors of Catalyst. In addition, he is chairman of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness and is a founding member of the International Business Council.
Under Chad's direction, DuPont established the mission to achieve sustainable growth – increasing shareholder and societal value while decreasing the company's environmental footprint. As a result, DuPont has moved from being a chemical company to being a science-based products and services company.
Chad says, "We will never compromise our core values – safety and environmental excellence, integrity, high ethical standards and treating people fairly and with respect. They are our foundation. We must continually strive to find ways to enhance them. "
FRED KRUPP
President
Environmental Defense
Fred Krupp is president of Environmental Defense, a national nonprofit organization that links science, economics, law and innovative corporate partnerships to create breakthrough solutions to the most serious environmental problems.
Krupp and Environmental Defense have been influential in developing market-based solutions such as the acid rain reduction plan in the 1990 Clean Air Act and the U.S. proposal to achieve greenhouse gas reductions in the Kyoto Protocol. He has led the organization in partnerships with Wal-Mart, FedEx, McDonald's, BP and others.
He was quick to make use of the Internet to advance environmental protection, most notably by providing zip code-based public access to information on pollution sources and their health effects.
Krupp leads Environmental Defense's teams in developing solution-oriented approaches for these goals: stabilizing the Earth's climate, preserving species and habitat, protecting human health and safeguarding oceans and marine life.
Since Krupp joined Environmental Defense in 1984, its annual budget has grown from $3 million to more than $70 million with 300-plus full-time staff and more than 500,000 members.
Krupp serves on the board of the Kennedy School Environment Council and the Leadership Council of the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. He recently chaired the Green Group, the national coalition of 30 leading environmental organizations.
He served on the President's Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations in the George W. Bush and Clinton administrations and on the commissions on the environment established by Presidents Clinton and George H.W. Bush. He received the 1999 Keystone Leadership in Environment Award and the 2002 Champion Award from the Women's Council on Energy and the Environment.
Krupp is a graduate of Yale with a law degree from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Environmental Defense, Krupp spent several years in private law practice in New Haven and helped found the Connecticut Fund for the Environment.
JOHN W. ROWE
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Exelon Corporation
John W. Rowe, 62, is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Exelon Corporation - one of the nation's largest electric utilities, with 5.4 million customers and revenues of more than $15 billion. Forbes ranked Exelon as the number one utility company on its 2005 list of "The Best Managed Companies in America" and ranked Exelon as the number one utility company in the United States on its 2004 list of "The World's 2000 Leading Companies."
Rowe has led electric utilities since 1984, consecutively serving as chief executive officer of Central Maine Power Company, the New England Electric System and Unicom Corporation (one of Exelon's predecessors). Rowe is a lawyer, and was general counsel of Consolidated Rail Corporation and a partner in the firm of Isham, Lincoln and Beale. Rowe's business activities have been marked by his attention to balance sheet strength, earnings consistency, service reliability and environmental performance.
Civic Involvement
Rowe is a member of the boards of directors of Sunoco and the Northern Trust Company. He has previously served on the boards of UnumProvident, Fleet Boston Financial Corporation, Wisconsin Central Transportation Company and MidSouth Corporation. His civic and professional commitments emphasize historical education and diversity, and include serving as chairman of the Nuclear Energy Institute, chairman of the Chicago History Museum, chairman of the Board of Trustees of Illinois Institute of Technology, vice chairman of The Commercial Club of Chicago and as a member of the Board of Governors for Argonne National Laboratory, the Chicago Urban League, the Field Museum, the Art Institute of Chicago, Northwestern University, the Edison Electric Institute, the Chicago Club and the visiting committees of the Oriental Institute and the University of Pennsylvania Museum. Alan Mulally is president and chief executive office of Ford Motor Company. He also is a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Ford in September 2006, Mulally served as executive vice president of The Boeing Company, and president and chief executive officer of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In that role, he was responsible for all of the company's commercial airplane programs and related services. Mulally also was a member of the Boeing Executive Council and served as Boeing's senior executive in the Pacific Northwest.
Mulally was named Boeing's president of Commercial Airplanes in September 1998. The responsibility of chief executive officer for the business unit was added in March 2001.
Previously, Mulally served as president of Boeing Information, Space & Defense Systems and senior vice president of The Boeing Company. Appointed to that role in February 1997, he was responsible for Boeing's defense, space and government business.
Beginning in 1994, Mulally was senior vice president of Airplane Development for Boeing Commercial Airplanes Group, responsible for all airplane development activities, flight test operations, certification and government technical liaison.
Earlier, Mulally served as Boeing's vice president of Engineering, and as vice president and general manager of the 777 program.
Mulally joined Boeing in 1969 and progressed through a number of significant engineering and program-management assignments, including contributions on the 727, 737, 747, 757 and 767 airplanes.
Throughout his career, Mulally has been recognized for his contributions and industry leadership, including being named "Person of the Year" for 2006 by Aviation Week magazine and one of "The Best Leaders of 2005" by BusinessWeek magazine.
Mulally previously served as co-chair of the Washington Competitiveness Council, and sat on the advisory boards of NASA, the University of Washington, the University of Kansas, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the U.S. Air Force Scientific Advisory Board. He is a member of the United States National Academy of Engineering and a fellow of England's Royal Academy of Engineering.

Florida Power & Light Company is FPL Group's principal subsidiary and serves approximately eight million people along the eastern seaboard and the southern portion of Florida. In 1998 Mr. Weldon was promoted to the Executive Committee and named Worldwide Chairman, Pharmaceuticals Group.
Among his outside activities, Mr. Weldon is a member of the Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co. He is also Chairman of the CEO Roundtable on Cancer, Vice Chair of The Business Council and a member of The Sullivan Commission on Diversity in the Health Professions Workforce.

Eileen Claussen is the President of the Pew Center on Global Climate Change and Strategies for the Global Environment. Ms. Claussen is the former Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs.
Prior to joining the Department of State, Ms. Claussen served for three years as a Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Global Environmental Affairs at the National Security Council. She has also served as Chairman of the United Nations Multilateral Montreal Protocol Fund.
Ms. Claussen was Director of Atmospheric Programs at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where she was responsible for activities related to the depletion of the ozone layer; Title IV of the Clean Air Act; the Clean Air Accord with Canada; and the EPA's energy efficiency programs, including the Green Lights program and the Energy Star program.
Currently, Ms. Claussen is a member of the Market Advisory Committee established to support implementation of California's greenhouse gas reduction program; the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations; the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development; the Board of Visitors of the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs; and the UK's Sustainable Energy Policy Advisory Board. She also served as a Commissioner on the Pew Oceans Commission.

The utility serves 14 million people throughout a 70,000-square-mile service area in Northern and Central California.
Darbee, 53, joined PG&E Corporation in 1999 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advance Fibre Communications Inc. Hofmeister became President after serving as Group Human Resource Director of the Shell Group, based in The Hague, The Netherlands. Since joining Shell, Hofmeister has led A National Dialogue on Energy Security, a cross-country tour in which he and other Shell senior leaders meet and engage with Americans to discuss what it will take to meet the energy challenge.
A business leader who has observed and participated in the inner workings of general industries for more than 30 years, Hofmeister has held key leadership positions in General Electric, Nortel, and AlliedSignal (now Honeywell International), in addition to Shell.

The World Resources Institute (WRI) is a global environmental think tank that goes beyond research to develop and implement practical solutions to problems of environment and development. During the past ten years under his leadership, WRI has worked to combat global environmental challenges like climate change and ecosystem protection by pioneering the use of digital technologies to solve environmental problems, engaging the business community to help foster sustainable development and creating new mechanisms to empower civil society groups.
From 1993 until 1999, Mr. Lash served as co chair of the President's Council on Sustainable Development, a group of U.S. government, business, labor, civil rights, and environmental leaders that developed visionary recommendations for strategies to promote sustainable development.
Mr. Lash is a member of the board of the Institute for Sustainable Communities, the Avina Foundation, the Heinz Center, and serves on the advisory board of Generation Investment Management.
Before joining WRI, Mr. Lash directed the environmental law and policy program of the Vermont Law School. From 1987 to 1990, he headed the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources, having served the previous two years as Vermont's Commissioner of Environmental Conservation. During his tenure in Vermont government, Mr. Lash helped write a score of innovative statutes on issues ranging from pollution prevention and solid waste management to protection of pristine streams.
A former Peace Corps volunteer and a former federal prosecutor, Mr. Lash also worked as a senior staff attorney at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) from 1978 to 1985, litigating on issues related to public lands, federal coal leasing, strip mining, and energy conservation. He is the author of two books on environmental issues.
Mr. Lash earned his baccalaureate degree from Harvard University and his masters and law degrees from the Catholic University of America.

From 1992-1995, Mulcahy was vice president for human resources, responsible for compensation, benefits, human resource strategy, labor relations, management development and employee training.
Mulcahy became chief staff officer in 1997 and corporate senior vice president in 1998. Prior to that, she served as vice president and staff officer for Customer Operations, covering South America and Central America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Mulcahy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/journalism from Marymount College in Tarrytown, N.Y. In addition to the Xerox board, she is a board director of Catalyst, Citigroup Inc., Fuji Xerox Company, Ltd., Target Corporation, and is the chairman of the corporate governance task force of the Business Roundtable.
